Our Philosophy


Philosophy of Church Programmes

  • Our church's activities and programmes must be geared towards developing disciples. These activities and programmes will be evaluated periodically to determine their effectiveness in achieving our Objectives.
  • We will use smallgroups and other ministries at various levels to develop continuous growth for our disciples.
  • Our evangelism will focus on multiple specific groups and other methods as deemed necessary.
  • The primary function of our worship services will be a celebration of praise and adoration to Almighty God and to proclaim the word.
  • Our Sunday School will be a key outreach and assimilation point, as well as a place for fellowship and teaching.
  • The primary function of our church's board, is to set church policies, perform management function, and to keep all Ministries in line with our doctrineal statement, constitution, and philosophy of Ministry.
  • The leadership will be delegated to various ministries and will be accountable to manage these ministries in accordance with the church's doctrinal statement, constitution and philosophy of Ministry.
  • We will accomplish each aspect of our purpose by using structures and strategies that will help us to achieve our objectives.
  • We are committed to the principle of multiplication of ourselves by evangelizing, discipling, educating, training, witnessing and delegating ministry to others who are faithful.
  • We will require reasonab;e accountability from disciples.
  • Our organizational structure and leadership style will be flexible and subject to change as we go through our life cycle as a church.
  • This philosophy of ministry will be pursued with grace and takes effect on
